Congratulations to Glenn Papp, who notified us on Saturday, November 29, 2008 of his exciting news:
"I officially got my L (student engineer) license at New Hope.
This means that I can now hostle and run the locomotive light in the yard totally alone,
and I can run the train under T license (engineer license) supervision.
It is the middle license; S is fireman, L is student engineer, T is engineer."
Way to go, Glenn!

Congratulations to Adam Madlinger, who graduated on September 17, 2008 from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology -- for a second time!!
Adam has now earned two diplomas from MIT:
a Bachelor of Science degree AND a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering!
Great work, Adam!
